In this virtual 1:1, we will take a moment to check in and attune to each others energy.
This space is available for you to:
- ask any questions you may have and pick my brain on topics of question
- a personal tarot reading, guided meditation or reiki session
- a personal somatic experience infused with yoga, breathwork and intuitive movement
- to go over material from past classes or gatherings, and what came up for you
Topics I am well-rounded and-or studied in:
- astrology, numerology, human design, chakras, planetary mapping, etc
- tarot, reiki, energy healing, cleansing, channeling, warding, etc
- yoga, somatics, breathwork, movement, meditation, etc
- herbalism, plant magic, menstrual cycles, land stewardship, land back, etc
- anti-racism, decentralization, decolonization, etc
- rest, liberation, emergent strategy, pleasure activism, call-in culture, etc
- adhd, autism, mental health, therapy resources, grief, depression, etc
Things you can expect during our time together:
- a grounding space to land and be received in your wholeness
- to laugh, to cry, to feel and to heal in whatever capacity you are open to receiving
- to leave our space together feeling more clear on where you stand, and where you're headed - with maybe a few tools to help you along the way
These sessions are offered in 45 minute, 75 minute, 90 minute. 2 hour or 2.5 hour increments - please note that your payment is your deposit for my time & energy, and you will only receive a partial refund if we are unable to find a collaborative timeline to reschedule.
During booking, you will be able to share your intentions for this practice together, as well as your birthday info, or anything that may aid in my understanding of your ecosystem's positionality.
